We will manage any engineering or machining treatment, or parts-finishing work, needed to make your life as easy as possible. The cost of this is included in the quotation so you receive the finished component according to your drawing specification.

Typical requirements are:

• Alocrom 1000 and 1200
• Anodise (sulphuric and chromic, including colour and dichromate)
• Hard anodise
• Various plating (tin, zinc nickel etc.)
• Passivation
• Painting
• Engraving
• Heat treatment
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

We use only reputable companies, most of whom we have dealt with for many years.  We only accept finishes that are accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity.
