"What is machining ?" we hear you ask. Well, there's a lot that goes into our processes and methods that's for sure. Take a look at our machines and plant below. From our sub-contract machining work to the provision of CNC precision services, you can see that it requires a lot of technology to keep our customers happy!

• 3 Hardinge Conquest GT CNC lathes, 2 of which have live tooling
• 1 Hardinge Conquest T42 CNC lathes with live tooling and programmable tailstock
• 1 Hardinge Conquest T42 CNC 3-axis lathe with subspindle
• 1 Citizen C16 sliding head CNC 7-axis lathe
• 1 Haas MM2 CNC 4-axis mill
• 1 Sunnen honing machine
• 5 drilling spindles
• 1 Harrison Universal milling machine
• 1 Condor turret milling machine
• 2 Colchester manual centre lathes
• 3 Hardinge manual turret lathes
• Various ancillary equipment

Plus all necessary inspection equipment including;

• Mitutoyo SPC system
• Bowers bore measuring system
• Sunnen bore measuring system

Inspection:

All work-in-progress has to pass stringent criteria before passing to the next operation and final view components are inspected according to customer requirements using a range of calibrated measuring equipment. Any reports issued with shipped goods are by customer request and can be as specific as necessary all at no extra cost.

Packaging:

We have a dedicated packer who individually wraps the components according to their needs to ensure each order arrives with the customer in the pristine condition expected. Ever since 2004, our return rate for faulty goods damaged in transit has been reduced to 0%.
