Inspection

Work-in-progress has to pass stringent criteria before passing to the next operation and final view components are inspected according to customer requirements using a range of calibrated measuring equipment.
Any reports issued with shipped goods are by customer request and can be as specific as necessary all at no extra cost.

Packaging

We have a dedicated packer who individually wraps the components according to their needs to ensure each order arrives with the customer in the pristine condition expected. During 2004, our return rate for faulty goods damaged in transit was 0%.
